Health and Wellness Consulting is an ongoing support that helps individuals improve their overall health. It takes a holistic approach balancing nutrition, mental health, physical fitness and lifestyle.
With each session, you are provided with a variety of support such as counselling, resources, tools, references, techniques and information to move forward with your health goals. The increment or number of sessions depends on your health issue, level of commitment and the amount of support you require.
Appointments are available two ways:
